The Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) In Crime Investigation: Problems and Solutions

Abstract

This article is devoted to the ethical rules of using modern digital forensic technical tools, as well as artificial intelligence technologies in the activities of investigative bodies, and the prospects for their implementation into law enforcement practice. The relevance and necessity of using artificial intelligence technologies in criminal proceedings and investigative practice are analyzed, the problems of using artificial intelligence are examined, and methodological recommendations for their solution are developed.
