Abstract

This article examines the philosophical foundations of integrating historical heritage and innovative development within the context of contemporary Uzbekistan’s social transformation. The study explores how cultural memory, national identity, and historical traditions interact with modernization, digitalization, and innovative reforms. Employing social-philosophical, comparative, hermeneutic, and systemic approaches, the research analyzes the conceptual relationship between historical continuity and innovative change. The article argues that sustainable development in Uzbekistan requires a balanced synthesis of national cultural values and global innovation trends. The findings reveal that historical heritage functions not merely as a repository of the past but also as a strategic resource for social modernization. A philosophical model of social development based on the dialectical unity of tradition and innovation is proposed. The study contributes to contemporary debates on national development, cultural identity, and social transformation in the era of globalization.
