Abstract

This article examines the concept of digital human rights as a potential new generation of rights in the context of the rapid development of information and communications technologies. It analyzes the evolution of human rights through the lens of "generations of rights" theory and substantiates the relevance of identifying digital rights as a separate category. Furthermore, the paper examines key digital rights, such as the right to freedom of expression online, access to information, personal data protection, and the right to privacy and online security
