Abstract

In the 21st century, media and digitalization have emerged as important factors of development. In the information age, media and digitalization not only improve peopleʼs lives, but also modernize them, and serve as an important driver for the economic growth of society. Thisresearch work analyzesthe media and its content, types, and role in the social and economic life of society from a philosophical perspective. The advantages and disadvantages of digitalization policy, theories and approaches related to its development, and the reforms being carried out in the country are illustrated with evidence.
